The yokai (supernatural creatures) that children draw become the source of confidence for living tomorrow. Children's ink drawings of yokai, called "Monomon," are exhibited and sold at historical venues such as Todai-ji Temple. This system, where the works are appreciated and the profits are returned to the children who created them, fosters a connection with society and a strong sense of self-affirmation. The reward for expressing oneself transforms into the strength to take the next step.
